Before submitting a ticket, make sure you've read the Documentation in full and that your issue is not covered there. Please note that we can not provide support for general OpenCart issues not related to Journal.
After clicking the Submit a ticket button below, fill out the necessary info and lay out your problem in detail. If you can, upload relevant screenshots of your issue. On certain cases, we may require access to your server.
Please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe email list. All tickets are assigned a tracking ID with which you can track its progress.
