Shipping payment icons

The shipping truck icons that come with some of our demos are not automatic, you'll have to manually apply the icon you want on the first five shippings (or payments), in the top/down order from 1 to 5.

Look in Journal > Skins > Edit > Checkout > Sections > Shipping/Payment > Icons.
