Before submitting a ticket, make sure you've read the Documentation in full and that your issue is not covered there.

Please note that we can not provide any support for general OpenCart issues not related to Journal.

After clicking the Submit Ticket button above, fill out the necessary info and lay out your problem in detail.
If you can, upload relevant screenshots of your issue. On certain cases, we may require access to your server.

Please check your spam folder and add to your safe email list.

All tickets are assigned a ticket number with which you can track its progress.
We respond to our tickets as they come but it may take up to 24h to 48h.
