Unfortunately not all third party extensions are compatible with custom themes like Journal and we do not provide support for third party extensions.

We suggest you get in touch with the developers of that extension whenever encountering issues with it.

Before buying third party custom extensions (if you are using a custom theme), ask the extension developers if they are willing to modify the extension to work with the theme, most are willing to do it if you ask before hand.
