Special Modules - Popup, Notification, Header Notice, Bottom Menu, Side Menu

You can control special modules (Popup, Notification, Bottom Menu, etc) display from Journal > Layouts > Your Layout using the top right corner buttons. One button is for special modules placed on that specific layout and the other one is for modules visible on all layouts.

Special modules can be placed on a specific layout or on all layouts, refer to point #2 here.
