In certain support tickets we may need temporary access to your website such as FTP server or Opencart Admin access in order to thoroughly investigate and troubleshoot potential issues.
Never share your main user credentials and always create temporary user accounts only valid for the duration of the current active ticket status.
By filing a ticket and providing any information therein you do so voluntarily and agree with our use of that information for the purpose of providing you with our Service.
